Special times require special measures!

As you have probably already see at the media, the hotel industry also has special rules of conduct due to the current situation. We have tried to list the most important ones for you in an understandable and brief form.

What happens in case of a travel warning for Tirol?
Since 25.09.2020, the German government has issued a travel warning for Tyrol. However, this does not mean that you are not allowed to travel to us, the return journey to Germany is "only" linked to certain conditions (differences between the federal states, see below). In order to facilitate the problem-free return journey for our guests, the tourism federation in new pin offers at present with a stay starting from 4 nights each Tuesday and Friday in each case of 18:30 - 21:00 clock a free PCR test. Therefore a quarantine is not necessary if the test is negative. All you need is your guest card, which you can get at the reception at any time.

Please note that Bavaria, Baden-Wuerttemberg, Niedersachsen, Rheinland-Pfalz, Schleswig-Holstein and Saarland have an exception and that no quarantine or PCR-test is necessary if you stay less than 48 hours in a risk area. Rheinland-Pfalz and Saarland have even extended this special regulation to 72 hours.

All other countries are not affected by this regulation, as no travel warning has been issued here. Entering and leaving the country is possible without problems.

Have you already booked for this winter? As soon as Tyrol is declared a risk area by your country of origin ( only official order) you can cancel at any time (even on the day of arrival) free of charge.

Restaurant & public areas

According to the current state of affairs we are allowed to continue to offer our rich breakfast buffet and afternoon snack for our guests (as far as included in the reservation). Of course, this requires that our guests follow all rules and treat their fellow human beings with care. We ask for your understanding in case there are longer waiting times.

After entering the hotel, please disinfect your hands (the disinfection is attached to the wall on the left).

Keep at least 1 metre distance to other people outside your own visitor group.

The Mouth and Nose Protector must be worn again for protection in the public areas of the hotel (except at the table). It is not necessary in wet areas (indoor swimming pool).

Contactless payment if possible. Preferably settle the invoice by card.

Please follow the instructions of the employees.

Wash hands several times a day with soap and water for at least 30 seconds.

Avoid contact on the face with uncleaned hands.

Sneeze or cough in the crook of your arm or in a handkerchief

Stay at home if there are signs of illness (in this case the cancellation conditions specified by us apply).

Spa- and wellness area

The wellness area may also be used as usual by our guests. Here, too, we ask you to treat the other guests with care.

Generally keep a distance of 1-2 meters from every guest not living in your household, also in the indoor and outdoor pools. (Whirlpool at least 1 meter)

During a cosmetic treatment or massage, the mouth and nose protector must be worn.

Before using the pool area or the sauna facilities, it is generally necessary to take a shower.

Only persons from one and the same household may stay in our saunas at the same time.

The mouth-and-nose protection is only to be worn at the Spa area! No more at the pool or sauna area.

Infusions and feathering in our saunas are not permitted.

We will be happy to switch on individual saunas for you earlier on request (limited from 08:00 to 20:00). Please let the reception know at least 1 hour in advance. We also have extended opening hours for our sauna area. To ensure safety, all our saunas are set at over 70 degrees.

We are pleased to have extended our shortened cancellation conditions until 16.12.20. So you have the possibility to cancel your private booking free of charge until 48 hours before arrival (except for the non-cancellable installments). Of course this also applies automatically for all bookings already made.

With your prudence you protect yourself as well as the other guests and your hosts!
